Reception Mr. Gasser is amazing person who has excelleny personality. Can’t talk about the properties as long as they hired the people like Gasser. Difinetly will be back .

No cattle inside a room for hot water. Even I didn’t bother myself to asked them. Don’t have chain lock at the door .

Good value for money. No restaurant.

The staff is very nice and is very flexible regarding the check-out time. Room was clean. Very good value for the money.

At the reception , there is no information for excursion or public transport. No restaurant in the hotel although that is written in the hotel's website and on booking.com' website. The gym and pool are very small, they shouldn't Also, the pool is located on the roof, so as it was raining the first day I couldn't use it.

The room was very dirty. And I want a non smoking room but the receptionist still gave us a smoking room . When I open the door it seems like it was been used already before we came in. Very bad smell even the mattress and comforter

the pool because its average and same height especially to us who dont know how to swim

how many times our door access card is nit working..so we need to go down to reception to assist us and better one of us stays in our room

All in all good stay for amount paid.

Room decoration and room service were quite good, it included all necessary appliances too.

Parking, if you have a car, then parking is a bit uncomfortable as the underground parking has quite small car-spaces per slot and if they fill up (which they do) you gota park some buildings away to find place.

Very clean hotel ! The bed was spacious.

My room was behind the spa, it was noisy because of women who works there ! I think that the spa should be on another isolated area or floor

We tried to extend for one more day and informed the receptionist earlier before check out but they said no available room anymore. toilet floor was dirty ( needs to be brush off)

The staff was friendly and responsive to requests. Shampoo, conditioner and body cream plus all essentials (skin rub, comb, toothbrush/paste) provided Lovely, comfortable room Close to the centre

The carpet in my bedroom was stained The towels were also stained. They were replaced immediately when I raised that, but it was not nice. The bath rope had a hole

The sound of the AC it's kinda annoying. Very loud and also arpu d 10:30 in the morning while me and my husband are still sleeping there's a grind sound on the pther room seems like theyre fixing something which makes us woke up from pur sleep and decided to check out a lol early.
